Voice Over Work Agreement
You, your projects, and your clients matter to me. I care about our partnership, as well as about the quality of the products we create together. Here is what I promise and provide:
- Audio delivery in 24hr or less for almost all projects, rush delivery possible depending on length of script
- 2 minor edits included in quote (see Revisions Policy)
- BFA Acting, Southern Methodist University
- Professional singer
- 25+ years experience behind the microphone
- Background in accents, languages, global culture
- Quality studio equipment
- Union Status: Fi-Core
- Prompt and reliable communication via your preference of email, text, WhatsApp, video chat, or phone call
- Full-time availability during normal business hours. For urgent off-hours requests, please contact me via phone.
- Non-union US rates based off industry standards as listed in the GVAA Rate Guide (negotiation possible)
- Member of regional and national women’s entrepreneur/business networks
- For new clients, payment is requested up front. For all following projects together, payment is requested upon approval of the final recording.
- Payments accepted via direct deposit, Zelle, or check.
- If no payment is received after 30 days of receipt of final recording (outside of a previous agreement), I reserve the right to charge late fees.
- Agreement to not exploit my work as outlined in this Artificial Intelligence Contract Rider, which supersedes any other contract signed.
